10 course brunch: seafood (including oysters from 3 different locations); cured meats with a duck rillette in the centre; sushi &sashimi; foie gras; cooked seafood; a surf & turf plate; grilled carvery; scotch egg; cheese selection; desert selection. Finished on a fantastic creme brûlée. The Irish oyster was the best of them. There was a raw milk cheese that I should have noted the name of. It made me stop what I was saying mid sentence and pause for a full minute before continuing.
